"Il-wol-man-yeong...."

It means that the reflection moon is everywhere - in the sea, in the streams...and even in a bowl, or in the water, or in a small cup. The reason that the reflection of the moon is wherever there is water is because...the true moon is really in the sky.

If that made as much sense to you as it did to me, then maybe there is still hope. I'm afraid that men like me aren't needed in this world anymore.

And the sad thing is that I'm completely sober. So can you really call this drunk-talking...?

I seem to have come to another standstill, but this one feels more like my mind resting rather than a blockade against my creativity. I guess my muse can be kind, after all.
